Digital services (comprised of text, audio, and video content) are delivered via Substack and can be accessed at thequietlife.net or through the Substack mobile app. Some content (at the discretion of author) may also be delivered via email and can be accessed through any email client, such as Gmail or Yahoo Mail.

RETURN POLICY
There are no physical products sold through SusanCain.net or thequietlife.net, so no return policy is applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer may cancel orders within 30 days for a partial refund. Refunds are prorated based on the number of days that have passed since the purchase date. Beyond 30 days, cancellations may be allowed solely at our discretion.
